Paul Barger, Esq. has practiced in the area of education law since 2003. He spent eight years representing public school districts in New Jersey. In 2011, Mr. Barger made the decision to represent families in a variety of matters involving public schools with a focus on special education. Mr. Barger now represents families in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Michigan, and throughout the country. Many of Mr. Barger’s cases involve students struggling with mental health needs and requiring placement in programs where they can receive therapeutic support. Mr. Barger also represents and consults with private schools who educate students with special needs.
